Registration & abstract submission

Registration

All persons attending the NLS-2D are asked to register by sending an e-mail including the following information to the workshop e-mail address nls2d@pwr.edu.pl before February 01, 2024:

  • name
  • affiliation
  • contact e-mail address
  • signed RODO clause

Abstract submission

Please prepare abstracts in the PDF format only, formatted according to the following template: abstract.doc.
Limit the PDF file size of your abstract to not more than ~5 MB.
An abstract file should be send to the workshop e-mail address nls2d@pwr.edu.pl.
Please indicate a preferred form of presentation (contributed talk or poster) in the submission e-mail.

Participants registered as students need to confirm their status as full-time students by confirmation letter sent directly from their home institution to the workshop e-mail address: nls2d@pwr.edu.pl

The registration fee covers the cost of conference materials, coffee breaks, lunches and the conference dinner. It does not include accommodation nor transportation.
